It covers everything between deciding you need a system and having one that works. That means the site survey and technical design, procuring the hardware, physical installation and cabling, integrating the components into one platform, commissioning and testing, and training your team at handover. Most clients also add a maintenance agreement so the system stays supported. You can take the whole package or just the stages you need.
Start with where you are. If you have no design yet, begin with a survey and system design — that tells you what you actually need before you spend on hardware. If you already have a design or a tender specification, you may only need supply, installation and commissioning. If your systems exist but do not work together, integration on its own is often the highest-value step. We will tell you honestly which of these applies to you.
A single-site installation of moderate size usually runs a few weeks from design sign-off to handover, depending on hardware lead times and site access. Multi-location rollouts are planned in phases so each site goes live without waiting for the whole programme. Occupied buildings often need work scheduled outside operating hours, which affects the timeline. We agree a phase-by-phase schedule with you up front rather than giving a single optimistic date.
