How we operate
A structured service model, from onboarding to annual review
Our AMC service follows a defined operating rhythm, so you know what happens, when it happens, and who is accountable. Every step produces a record you can use for audits and internal reporting.
Step 1 — System audit and onboardingWe begin with a full inventory and condition audit of your installed security assets, including make, model, age, firmware version, and warranty status. This baseline defines the contract scope and highlights any equipment that needs attention before the AMC period starts.
Step 2 — Scheduled preventive maintenance-Trained technicians visit at an agreed frequency — typically monthly, quarterly, or half-yearly depending on site criticality. Each visit follows a standardized checklist covering cleaning, alignment, cabling, power, storage, backup verification, and functional testing of every device in scope.
Step 3 — Health monitoring and updates-Between visits, we track system health through remote diagnostics where the platform supports it. Firmware and software updates are applied in planned windows, tested first, and rolled back if they introduce issues.
Step 4 — Breakdown response-When a fault is reported, it is logged against a service ticket with a defined response and resolution commitment based on severity.
