How we operate
Every event follows the same defined path
A SOC is only as good as its process. Ours is built so that the same event gets the same handling at 3 p.m. on a Tuesday and at 3 a.m. on a Sunday, with a record at every step.
Onboarding and escalation matrix : Before monitoring begins, we document your sites, connected systems, operating hours, risk points, and — most importantly — who should be contacted for what.
Continuous monitoring: Connected cameras, alarms, access control systems, and sensors feed into the SOC. Operators work in shifts so that coverage is continuous, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Verification: When an event is raised, the operator verifies it against live or recorded video before any response is triggered.
Classification and response: Verified events are classified by type and severity. The operator then acts according to the agreed protocol.
Escalation and handover : If the situation develops or the first contact is unreachable, the operator follows the escalation path already agreed with you.
Recording, reporting, and review : Every event produces a record: what was detected, what verification showed, what action was taken, and when.
