In compliance with the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act (PSARA) and Securitas standards, candidates must fulfill:

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Satisfactory background verification and mandatory police clearance
• Educational qualifications per state PSARA mandates (minimum 12th standard pass for security guards)
• Physical fitness and medical standards required for security operations

Yes, we offer comprehensive training programs for our security guards, so that they are well prepared for different situations and incident types. This includes both basic training and ongoing professional development.
